We keep groups small — a maximum of 4 dogs per walk — so every pup gets individual attention and real supervision. No crowded pack chaos.

Every dog is assessed before their first group walk. We match temperaments carefully. If pack walks aren't the right fit, we'll let you know honestly.
Are your walkers insured?
Yes. Every Packly walk is covered by comprehensive liability insurance. Your dog is protected from the moment we pick them up to the moment they're back in your arms.
How does building pickup work?
We coordinate with your building's front desk and concierge. Your walker comes directly to your unit door — no need to bring your dog downstairs or meet in the lobby.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled walk for a full refund. We understand plans change — no questions asked.
Is this available in my building?
We're currently running an exclusive pilot in select luxury buildings. Reserve a spot and we'll confirm availability for your address within 24 hours.
What happens during the walk?
Your walker takes the group to a nearby park or green space for 45 minutes of supervised exercise and socialization. Afterward, you receive a quick update on how your pup did — including their mood, energy, and any highlights.
Is my dog safe with other dogs?
Absolutely. We carefully screen every dog before their first walk and match groups by size and temperament. Your walker is trained in canine body language and always maintains control of the group.
